You can now make and manage your appointments on-line, order repeat prescriptions and view some of your medical records.

 

 If you wish to apply for this service you can register very quickly using the step by step guide on the Patient Access Registration page. Alternatively please contact our Reception staff and complete an application form and return the signed copy to us. We will then send you a letter with your log on details. 

 

Please note that individual registration is required for each member of a household and you must be aged 16 years or above to apply for this service.  Following approval you will receive by e-mail a registration letter, a patient user guide and a helpful hints sheet from the Practice.
